LPG CENTRIFUGE SPRAY DRYER

Descriptions
The spray dryer is suited for drying from the solution, emulsion, suspension, and pump in the liquid raw material to generate a paste powder, granular or bulk solids. So, when the finished particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape must conform to precise standards. Spray drying is an ideal process.

Principle of work
After filtration and heating of air into the dryer at the top of the air distributor, hot air spirals into the drying chamber evenly. Features

Application:
Chemical Industry: sodium fluoride (potassium), alkaline dyestuff and pigment, dyestuff intermediate, compound fertilizer, formaldehyde silicic acid, catalyst, sulfuric acid, amino acid, white carbon and so on.
Plastics and resin: AB, ABS emulsion, uric acid resin, phenolic aldehyde resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, formaldehyde resin, polythene. Poly-chloroprene and so on.
Food Industry: Food and plant: fatty milk powder, protein, cocoa, ilk powder, substitute milk powder, egg white (yolk). Oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant dissoluble tea, seasoning meat, protein, soybean, peanut protein, hydrolysate and so on.
Sugar: corn oar, corn starch, glucose, pectin, malt sugar, sorbic acid potassium and so on.
Ceramic: aluminium oxide, ceramic tile material, magnesium oxide, talcum and so on.
