GHL SERIES HIGH SPEED MIXER/GRANULATOR

Application
The GHL series high speed mixer/granulator is used for tablet production in pharmaceutical industry, which can prepare ideal particle raw material for medicine. The particles produced by the granulator have the advantages of perfect sphergocyte, good fluency, and are homogeneous. The productivity of the granulator has excellent quality. Smooth surface, better hardness, and crumbliness and liberation ability. The granulator is optimized in design and has fine workmanship, carefully designed interlocking mechanism. In addition it is provided with cleaning function. Production cost can be saved greatly by using this equipment.

Main Characteristics:
  -  Conical material groove: material can be mixed uniformly.
  -  Pneumatic automatic discharge: sealed and reliable.
  -  Pneumatic pot cover lifting: easy operation.
  -  Frequency inverter adjustable speed of cutter: the granule diameter can be controlled can be controlled easily.
  -  The rotational speed can be controlled manually: you can try to find out the technological parameters for experiment.
  -  Current display: measuring power consumption and monitoring the granulating process.
  -  Input the set value through the touch-gram control: the quality of every bath is stable and uniform.
  -  Gas filled sealing of rotating shaft: preventing the rotating shaft from being bonded by dust.
  -  Water-spraying cleaning of rotating shaft:: easy cleaning and short cleaning time.
  -  Cooling of interlayer jacket of material groove: improving quality of granule.
  -  The parts, which touch material, are mare made of (polished) stainless steel: meeting the specifications of GMP.
  -  Appropriate height if discharge outlet: it can be used together with the drying equipment.
