GZPK370 HIGH SPEED ROTARY TABLET PRESS

Applications:
The GZPK370 high speed rotary tablet press is a rotary tablet press to press granular materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical and electronic industries to press the hard-to-shape materials into tablets.

Features:
1. Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary table is covered with a hardened layer so that the table surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP requirements.
2. Organic glass doors and windows and stainless steel frames are equipped on the machine to provide both beautiful appearance and rigidity of the doors and windows.
3. Frequency speed control is adopted on the machine. The electric motor is fixed on the base plate to prevent the motor from vibrating during operation.
4. The upper and lower guide rails and punches are lubricated with an intermittent fixed low flow rate automatic lubricating system so as to reduce the wear of guide rails.
5. A hydraulic overload protection advice is equipped so that the machine can stop automatically in case of overpressure to protect the punch pins from being damaged.
6. There is an air intake adjuster so as to reduce the flying dust from the tablet pressing chamber.
7. A high precision pressure sensor is equipped with an amplifier provided with gaining and self-checking functions so as to implement self-checking of tablet compression pressure reliably. The tablet weight control system is easy to operate and provided the function of rejecting degraded tablets in batches or individually.
8. The various types of impellers of the forced feeder can meet the requirement of different materials.
